PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Q: What credit cards do you accept
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.


Q: Can I wire the money to Wild Olve Company, LLC?
A: Yes, we do accept bank wires, please call us for our bank wiring instrcutions.

Q: Do you accept checks and COD?
A: We accept both cashiers checks and money orders.

SALES TAX:

Q: Do I have to pay any sales tax?
A:  We are a distributor; therefore all customers with a valid reseller’s certificate are exempt from sales   tax

. As a wholesale distributor, we do not sell to the general public

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

Q: How do I know if you have an item in stock?
A: Though we take every measure to only advertise what we have available in stock, we occasionally run out of certain high demand product designs. We will notify you should this happen, and give you the option of reserving or canceling your order.

The easiest way to check product availability is to call one of our sales representatives at (770) 614 0626. We will be able to check if the design item  is available, and whether we can ship it to you immediately. You may also e-mail us and ask our team for product availability.



RETURNS PROCEDURE:

Q: What are your Returns Procedures?
A: If your product is defective in any way, please call us at (770) 614 O626  for an RMA number. Defective goods will be replaced upon receipt of the defective product. All defective returns must be issued a RMA number within 24 hours of receipt; all non defective returns must also be returned within 14 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Q: What if I don't like the product and want a refund?
A: All returns of non-faulty goods are subject to a 15% re stocking fee. The customer is held responsible for any shipping charges. A RMA must be requested before you ship the goods back and the goods must be boxed in the original packaging.

Q: Can I cancel my order if it has been shipped but I have not received it?
A: If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. This is to cover the shipping costs back to Wild Olive Company LLC, and the cost of charging your credit card (4% to charge it, and 4% to credit it back).

Q: Can I cancel my order once my credit card has been charged?
A: If you use a Visa or Mastercard and cancel your order before your order has been shipped you will be charged a 4% service charge. This is the fee we have to pay to credit your credit card back.
